These TERMS OF USE may be amended by Company from time to time at Company’s sole discretion.  You can periodically review the controlling version of these TERMS OF USE, by visiting the Website.    You agree, acknowledge and consent by continuing to use the Website, subsequent to Company making available an amended version of these TERMS OF USE, your acceptance of  such amendment.  If you do not consent to such an amendment, you should leave the Website and discontinue all use of the Website.
